Planting
Plant a pot-grown agapanthus March to April, 5cm deep, 45 to 60cm apart. Moderate sources: RHS and Champion Plants.
Protect the agapanthus over winter
Move pots somewhere light and frost-free, and wrap plants in two to three layers of fleece.

Every 4 to 5 years, not every year.

In cold areas lay 15-23cm of sand, compost, chipped bark or straw; remove it before growth starts.
